Andrew Bell services your real estate needs in the Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beaches and the surrounding areas. He was born and raised in Atlantic Beach and has witnessed firsthand the growth and many changes of Jacksonville and the beaches over the last 30+ years.

Andrew is the 2012 President Elect for the Jacksonville Women’s Council of Realtors where he has been a member since 2006.  He has won many awards with the Jacksonville chapter: 2011 Member of the Year, 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year, 2008 & 2009 Strategic Partner of the year. He also won the 2011 Rising Star for the state chapter.  

Andrew has been a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors since 2004.  While a member of NEFAR he has won the Business Partner of the Year award in 2007 and again in 2009.  He currently serves on the Candidate Screening Task Force, Legislative Committee, Education Task Force, Marketing Committee and the Realtors Political Action Committee.  He is also a graduate of NEFAR’s inaugural Leadership Academy class of 2010.

Andrew is also part of The Moves Brothers (www.themovesbrothers.com).  The Moves Brothers have teamed up with a local non-profit “in the pink” to help women who have been diagnosed with cancer.  The Moves Brothers wear all pink suits to help with this cause and really stand out where ever they go.  They have attended many local charity events, fashion shows and even Monday night football.  

 

Andrew has been married to his wife Kristy for 10 years and they have 2 beautiful children. Outside of work he also enjoys spending time with his family, serving in his church and riding his motorcycle.

 

 






This relatively new area of Jacksonville extends east from Southside Boulevard to the Intracoastal Waterway. The construction of J. Turner Butler Boulevard, which extends from Phillips Highway to the beaches, opened up construction in this area, and it hasn't slowed since. Some used to refer to the area as East Arlington, but today residents prefer to call their community Intracoastal West, reflecting the area's proximity to the water and the beaches.

Homes in Intracoastal West are almost exclusively new, with most constructed in the last five years. Many are in beautifully planned communities, with gated access and amenities such as a community pool and clubhouse. Jacksonville Golf and Country Club, Glen Kernan Golf and Country Club, and Queen's Harbour Yacht and Country Club are among the most well-known developments in this area. A wide range of more modest housing is also available. 

The community's access to water is obviously a selling point, with its many boatslips and marinas. Homes with Intracoastal views and direct boat access are prized finds, and command prices accordingly. But even without a view from home, residents of this area enjoy easy access to the area's waterways for recreational fishing and boating. As the area is fairly newly developed, shopping centers and schools are also recently built. The Intracoastal West area enjoys easy access to the beaches and to the office parks of the Southside. 

Several major medical centers are located in this region, such as the world-renowned Mayo Clinic Jacksonville, located on San Pablo Road. A few smaller office parks have followed the development of the Mayo Clinic, but Intracoastal West remains primarily a residential area. 

In February of 2012, there were 61 residential homes sold at an average price of $225,000.  The highest priced home selling for $844,900 and the lowest priced selling for $30,001.
